Having started manufacturing in 1996 our company has made pins, stub axles, sheet metal components and hubs as well as for other exporters. In addition, tractor spindles for the local spare parts market are being manufactured.
We are in a position to give you quality machining as per your customers requirements, whether it is from a sample or a drawing. In house facilities include cutting, turning, drilling, reaming, copying, milling, keyway cutting, broaching, press fitting, grinding etc.
Our Director, Mr. K.J. Bhatia is a highly qualified engineer with 51 years in the line. He has taken training in Australia (BHP) in production/planning in machine shops, Korea (Daewoo Co.), Taiwan, East Germany (WMW) and has worked in Boeing in U.S.A. in the design department for 747.
He was a Consultant to A. Maco Pvt. Ltd, Sonepat for selection of machinery for two wheeler connecting rods B. Roop Automotives Ltd., Roz Ka Meo for design, selection of SPM’S to manufacture steering yokes and C. Pronto Steerings Ltd., Parwanoo for making feasibility report, selection /installation of machinery, layout of machines, design of jigs/fixtures etc. |
