Our ball mill is equipped with motor, fluid coupling, worm reduction gearbox, gear coupling, pinion and girth gear that ensures uninterrupted performance of the machine.

Our professionals uses quality raw material to manufacture sturdy and durable ball mills. The ball mills with V flat drive operate efficiently and at the time of final speed reduction belt works as V-flat drive. We also have requisite facility and expertise to manufacture drive with motor and fluid coupling to input shaft. The inner shaft is coupled with the output shaft of the gear box fitted with bearings and plummers.
 

Our finished pot mills have rectangular vibrating screens of dimension 600 mm x 900 mm. the base is fabricated from premium grade raw material while the sieve fixing rings and guards are manufactured from superior quality aluminum. We have installed high quality motor of 1 H.P. in the pot mill that      ensures uninterrupted performance of the machines.

We offer technologically advanced pug mills which can produce 3 ton clay blank diameter of 300 mm with a vacuum reading of 720 mm Hg and above. They are equipped with quality components and are suitable for high tension insulator plants and table ware industries. The capacity and the performance of the pug mill also depend on the height of the place from sea-level, where the pug mill is installed. The top barrels of the machines have two sets of augur arc while the lower barrels have one set of augur.
 

Our engineers use quality raw material to manufacture durable and sturdy de-airing pug mills which has the capacity of 2500/3000 kg per hour of pugged blank. The maximum diameter of pugged blank is 200 mm. The mill is equipped with suitable vacuum pump to get desired quality of clay blank. As per the specifications of clients, we also use steel casting /stainless steel casting augurs in the pug mills.
 
In addition, we also manufacture are De-airing Pug mill Model PM3 which ahs the production capacity of 275 kg per hour. And the maximum diameter of pugged blank is 100 mm.

We fabricate double acting type of diaphragm pumps from premium grade of raw material. Our double acting type of diaphragm pumps is available in two different capacities. The first one is suitable for working in 12 kg/ cm² pressure and capacity of free displacement is 3800 liters per hour and the other type is suitable for working in 15 kg /cm² and capacity of free displacement is 7600 liters per hour.

Our engineers’ uses latest technology to manufacture two types of filter press viz. hand operated closing device, controlled by man power and power operated closing device by hydraulic power.

We specifically design the filter press for processing of ceramic slip. Our technologically advanced filter press has the capacity of 500 Kg to 5000 Kg of cakes with 20/22 % moisture content.

The chamber plates of the machines are manufactured from graded cast iron which is resistant to corrosion. We supply the machines with rubber cord, aluminum perforated sheet and filter cloth. If specified by the clients, we manufacture complete chassis of the filter press, with motorized hydraulic closing devices.

We manufacture two types of mechanical presses suitable for pressing shaped clay blank for keeping into plaster mould. Our technologically advanced presses are used before giving pre shaping or final shaping of disc type insulator.

Our finished copying machine model III are suitable for giving outer shape of clay blank of 1 meter long and 400 mm diameter. The casting body of the machines is equipped with high quality motor and gear box. We use latest technology and manufacture the machines by using standard procedures. The copying machines have sturdy construction and are easy to maintain and use.

Our finished copying machine model V is suitable for clay blank with admit between centre 2000 mm long and 500 mm diameter. The tail stock of the machine facilitates the holding of clay blank hydraulic device. The machine is equipped with dynaspeed motor which drives the main chuck to achieve infinite variable motion of the chuck with clay blank.
 
The upward and downward movement of tail stock can be controlled by the help of geared motor fitted with the machine which be locked at any desired position. We have installed manually operated smooth tool carriage in the machine which is capable of giving both vertical and horizontal motion of the knife which gives outer shape of the insulator as per template.

Our technologically advanced single station jiggering machines are suitable for giving final inner shape of disk insulator type with the help of a rotating dye fitted with the spindle of the machine. The spindle rotates and facilitates the upward and downward motion with the help of a cam fitted inside the body of the machine. The driving mechanism of the machine is facilitated by two geared motor and one gear box.
