Hydraulic Press

The Hydraulic Press operates hydraulically to press the coir fleeces to the exact thickness of the mattress. This comes in varied capacities like 4 day lights, 5 day lights and 6 day lights.

Ball Mill

This is used to churn the chemicals to break them into fine powder before mixing it with the latex. This bears 3 compartments and is made of St. Steel.

Sheet Machine

This machine is used to process systematically, the coir fibre the latex manufactured into rubberized coir fleeces of l" thickness. These fleeces are piled to make the mattress and other allied items. This machine has speed controls throughout and is fully automatic state of art machine. This is manufactured 3 different capacities. 1 meter width wherein you process a maximum width upto 3' 100 finished mattress; 1.4 meter width wherein you can process a maximum width upto 4' 200 finished mattresses and 2.2 meter width wherein you can process a maximum width upto 6.5' 500 finished mattresses.

Vulcanizing Chamber

This vulcanises the mattresses at a very high temprature and pressure so as to dry of all tht moisture contents. Being the last process, it brings the matters into use. This is manufactured in different capacities like 12 mattresses, 20 mattresses and 36 mattresses at a time.

"Super Star" Latex Pressure Tank

This tank is used to store latex mixed with chemicals and is connected via pipes to the sheeting machine for the free flow of latex mixed with chemicals on the coir sheets This tank has 800 liters capacity.

Untwisting Machine

This machine is used to untwist the coir rope into loose curled coir fibre. This loose curled coir fibre is processed further into main sheeting machine. This has a capacity to untwist coir rope upto 250 kgs per hour.

Band Saw Cutting Machine

This machine facilitates to cut the matters even out to exact length and width.
