QualityAs a policy we purchase raw material from the best available sources. The test certificate for the material is checked. The material is tested for the various parameters and only then supplied for manufacture. We have a very good testing facility for both raw material and finished product.
The fabric before dispatch is tested for all the specifications as mentioned in the requirements and then only issued for dispatch.
Packing of rolls is done on wooden rolls and packed with plastic and hdpe. For exports the goods are palletised as required and dispatched.
For fire retardant fabrics the testing for the non durable fr is done locally . The ones for the permanent fr is done overseas.
The specific tests for water repellency, fire retardancy, porosity are done at established and Government recognised laboratories and the original test reports given by them is issued to the customer.
InfrastructureThe weaving factory is on 25000 sqft land in 2 locations. We have a weaving capacity of over 100000 mtrs a month. the fabric woven is upto 350 cms wide and can roll upto 1000 mtrs long. We have the latest rapier machines and Automatic machines. We also have arrangements with the power loom sector where we can weave shuttle loom fabrics.
Apart from this we have inspection facility, cutting facility, stiching,and packing.
