We offer vibratory press or maxiberator that are designed and developed to compress the material through continuous vibration. Before the moulds goes through final pressing operation, our vibratory press or maxiberator ensures complete orientation of particles. Moreover, this process helps to reduce the pressing force required in moulding process.

Following are some of the operational requirements of our vibratory process:

 

  • Compressed air supply at 4.5 to 6 kg/cm2
  • 3 phase power supply for the motor

 

Our vibratory press has below mentioned specifications:

 

  • Pressing capacity: equivalent to the pressing capacity of 600mt hydraulic press
  • Moulding capacity: 300 kg including the weight of mould
  • Pressing time: 15 to 45 sec
  • Moisture content in mix: 3 to 4%
  • Standard table size: 1200 mm x 900 mm
  • Day light of the press: 500 mm or 1000 mm
  • Type of mould: wooden mould only
  • Top plate operation: it is achieved by 2 nos. Of pneumatic cylinders and one layer operated valve
  • Air requirement: 4.5 to 6 kg/cm2
  • Unbalanced motors: 2 nos.

Our hydraulic lift tables are built in compliance with a safety factor that surpasses the standards.

They are equipped with a Baldor TEFC motor and a silent, extremely reliable high performance Hy-Spec hydraulic unit. The unit is supplied with a lowering control valve.

Our cylinders are precision built, and feature top quality gaskets, a retaining valve that locks the table in case of hydraulic line break.

According to the table lift capacity, all pivot points have self-lubricating or zinc alloy cushions. Zerk fittings may also be added upon request.

Scissors are built of solid steel bars making our tables the safest and sturdiest on the maket.

Whether you require a single or multiple scissor table, we offer a selection of standard capacity and standard size tables, but our strength lies in our custom built tables. We can customize the size, height or capacity to suit your needs.

Vibrator Press

We are engaged in manufacturing vibrator press that is used to compress the any type of mould through continuous vibration. The operating procedure of our vibrator press starts when the mould is placed on the moulding table and is filled with the material to be compressed. Lowered by the lever operator valve, the top plate is placed over the mould. After this, the vibrator motors are switched on until the brick size achieves main objective of the top plate. This ensures that the position of the mould is not dislocated during the pressing and avoids any similar motion between the table and the mould. This procedure makes sure that during vibration only the material will dislocate from its position and the air is released to get the compaction of the material.

Following are some of the specifications of our range of Vibrator Press(Daylight 500mm stroke):

 

  • Table size: 50 x 1100 x 900
  • Vibrator motor: 2.9 KW (5hp) x 2 nos.
  • Motor make: electro mac
  • Maximum centrifugal force: 30000 n x 2

  • This can be operated by simply keeping it on a leveled floor
  • Two groups can operate the machine at a time to improve the productivity
  • No regular consumables are required for operation of the press as like other presses
