Alkali Immersion Heaters :- Alkaline heater are made of Chrome Nickel sheathed heating element brazed to C.I. junction box for mounting on side of the vessel, easy to remove & clean. Uses :- Used for heating Alkaline cleaning solution detergents and other alkaline solutions normally corrosive to mild steel (upto 90oC).

These heaters are made of one Copper sheathed Tubular heating element filled with high grade insulation powder & kanthal coil at the centre which is brazed to a Brass flange. Heaters are nickel chrome plated and are provided with earthing Terminals. A metallic cap is provided for protection of Terminals. Uses :- Light duty (intermittent) boilers, Washing machines, Geysers, Coffee urns, Sterilizers and for other commercial purposes.

Immersion Heaters For Horizontal use (Re-wireable, Bobbin type) : - These heaters are made of M.S. /S. S. pipe welded to Cast Iron / Stainless Steel threaded flange which is fitted with a replaceable refractroy insulated heating element inside. Uses :- To heat water, oil, food stuff, alkaline solutions, anodising and plating baths etc.

Immersion Heater for vertical use (Re-wireable, Bobbin type) :- These heaters are made of M.S./S.S./ Titanium or Lead bonded pipe with clamp plate, which is fitted with a replaceable refractory insulated heating element inside. M.S./S.S./Lead bonded heaters are provided with a metallic cover for terminal protection whereas Titanium heaters are provided with a heat resistant rubber cap & connecting wires. Uses :- In water, oil, foodstuff, alkaline solutions, anodising and plating baths etc. Lead Bonded heaters are used in phosphoric acid, chromic acid etc. Titanium heaters are used in Nitric and chromic acid solutions etc.

These heaters are made of Two or more Copper sheathed Tubular heating Elements brazed to brass flange. Heaters are nickel-chrome plated and are provided with earthing terminals. A metallic cap is provided for protection of terminals. Uses :- Heavy duty industrial hot water baths, water jacketted apparatus, side arm circulating process tanks etc.

Silica Cased Immersion Heater :- These are made of imported fused silica tubing with remountable heating element inside & provided with heat resistent rubber cap and a connecting cable. Uses :- Highest temperatures in all acids, ferric chloride etching baths, anodising, bright dip baths, except hydrofluoric and phosphoric.

Finned Strip Heaters :-This is Basically a Heavy Duty Refractory insulated strip heater with locked on finns for fast transfer of heat to air. Uses :- In forced air ducts, blowers units, ovens, dryers etc. Preferably Horizontal Mounting.

Strip Heaters (Refractory Insulated) :- These heaters are made of Kanthal wire element supported in Fluted Refractory, which is sheathed in rust resisting steel. End-tab holes are provided for mounting. Uses :- Provides black heat in ovens, Industrial and commercial heating chambers converters & panel boards.

Long life U shape air heater :- These heaters are made of Chrome-Nickel steel tubular sheathed heating Element compacted with high grade insulation powder for better transmission of heat, provided with adjustable brackets and heavy duty brass terminals. Uses :- For efficient heating, baking, curing of paints, enamels, lacquers, varnish, adhesives. In dehumidifying equipments, for dryers of metals, powder, sand paper, plastics, textiles, printing industries, in Hot air ducts, oven etc. Long life U finned air heater :- These heaters are made of Chrome- Nickel, Steel sheathed heating Element fitted with 35mmf MS Finns with adjustable brackets and heavy duty brass terminals. These are designed for rapid and uniform heat transfer for forced convection air heating. Uses :- In recirculating ovens, comfort heaters, air ducts, industrial processes, load resistors, humidity control units and sauna bath heaters.

Cartridge Heaters :- It is a brass tube sheathed refractory insulated heater provided with 4 Long Teflon wire for terminals. Uses :- In dies moulds, platens, revolving rolls, plastic injection and extrusion barrels, Tablet strip sealing machines carton making machines & shoe making machines etc.

Oil Immersion Heaters :- These heaters are made of Steel tubular sheathed,element brazed to a Cast Iron Flange and are provided with a Thermostat pocket, earthing terminal, & cap. Uses :- For fuel oil heating, oil circulating, for systems which supply hot oil to plastic & chemicals processes, oil jacketted kettles and similar equipments.
