Quality

We maintain stringent quality parameters which results in high grade cotton products. There are quality awareness displays at various places in our industrial area which include the Gin house and there are quality check testings done at every stage. The first measure that we take in order to retain our product quality is procuring the best raw material. Some other measures that we take for maintaining our quality products are: Disposing of trash is done at regular intervals to prevent contamination. Use grease instead of oil in gear boxes to make our cotton corruption free. Keep a proper overlap setting and ensure periodical grooving of leather roller so as to avoid seed cut and fiber breakage. Remove and prevent any kind of alien particles that may remain in cotton. Usage of iron bales of 18-19 gauge and 12.5 mm width for fastening cotton bales. The ink used for printing on bale cover is of the finest quality and is quick drying and its printed labels are made cotton or plastic steel. Packaging is done with cotton cloth in accordance to the BIS standard. Extreme care is taken while warehousing to prevent it from adverse climatic changes. Other then these specifications each of our consignments are uploaded only after undergoing a quality check by our proficient quality controllers. All the above cited information emphasizes on assuring delivery of first rate products to our clients.

Infrastructure

Our manufacturing process utilizes the latest technology and we upgrade ourselves by keeping a check on the latest technological and market developments. The ground level works of procuring the raw materials are conducted by our expert purchase department that looks into the quality of the raw materials and puts forward for the sample tests to check Micronaire, length and moisture. After finding the samples in accordance to our set standards the raw materials are forwarded to the processing unit and store it in RCC Platform. After the manual check the next step is to verify the quality of our raw cotton mechanically in our processing unit through the Pneumatic conveyor system The cotton is then moved forward to Kodi Cleaner which removes the waste from the cotton. Further processing of cotton is done through the Pneumatic conveyor system and moved on to the Double Roller Grinning Machine. All the alien waste materials are removed from cotton for the second time to maintain the premium quality in Super Cleaner. The cotton finally reaches the Press Machine in order to get pressed in bales. These pressed bales are then sent off to our well facilitated warehouse for proper storage.
