At Present our production capacity is 1800 pcs per day. We are selling our product at the best of retail counters in India through a vastly spread distribution network & exporting to U. A. E.
We are using Juki Machines for sewing, Button Holing & Button sewing. Pegasus Machines for overlock & folding. Union special for elastic attachment. All garments are ironed on steam iron & undergo a strict quality check. All the manufacturing process from cutting stage is done in house. All sections of Production are in a chain system. Each department has¿ its Supervisors¿ & Quality Controllers.
We have employed 150 people in a healthy working environment with proper lighting, fresh Air vents. We encourage human rights & No child labor is employed. |
