Mr. Shankarlal Gilada:

He is the Chairman of the company and has a vast experience and in depth knowledge of industries and finance with over 40 years of experience. Being a key Promoter of Gilada Group of Industries, he is also the Managing partner and Director of many concerns as well as companies. Mr. Shankarlal Gilada is also the Vice-President of Maheshwari Maha-sabha an international body of Maheshwaris He was the President of Karnataka Prantiya Maheshwari Maha Sabha for 9 years and was the President of Hyderabad Karnataka Chamber of Commerce and Industries.

Mr. Rajgopal Gilada:

He is the Managing Director of the Company with an enriching background of being an Engineering graduate in Industrial production and Technology and Post Graduate Diploma in Business management. His rich experience of 20 years of handling industry, Business and Finance, he has competently handled major projects. Mr Rajgopal was the President of Gulbarga Investors Association, Gulbarga. He has also been actively involved in managing many group concerns and companiesand has the distinction of being the architect of Gilada group. Our Board of Directors, include the following:

Gita Refractories (P) Ltd.,is a part of Gilada Group of Industries. Established in the year 1961, it has a combined turnover of Rs. 5000 million. The group is sincerely guided and promoted by Mr. Shankarlal Gilada, having a rich industry experience. Mr. Rajgopal Gilada on the other hand is very responsibly managing the daily affairs of the administration. The other companies under the Group are:

We have a well defined quality policy that streamlines the various tests that are conducted at our in-house laboratory. With our quality control inspectors, this process becomes all the more easy as they maintain a stringent vigil on the entire production process. We possess a state-of-the-art infrastructure that is equipped with requisite machines and manpower. Our well oiled production facility is kept updated as per the dynamic trends and developments taking place in the industry. It is equipped with the following facilities:
