This is a general purpose high alumina castable & conventional castable of medium purity. It can be used for cement industry in cyclone preheaters, side walls of grate coolers, discharge end of cement Rotary Kilns, other application area are in boiler & ash hopper etc.

High alumina bricks from 50% upto 90% Alumina are made with various selected superior grade aggregates to meet the various service conditions of various types of furnaces like laddie, blast furnace,cement and sponge iron Rotary Kiln, calciner, etc., The 90% alumina dense bricks are manufactured from tabular alumina purer micro fine alumina and other special type raw material and fired in ultra high temperature kiln at 1650-1700°C. Due to the intent micro structural features of the raw materials used for these bricks, they have excellent resistance to wear and thermal shock.

We bring to our customers alumina magnesia carbon bricks that can be availed in various specifications. Alumina-magnesia-carbon bricks for ladle use excellent bauxite or corundum, excellent fused magnesia or magnesia-alumina spinel and excellent flake graphite as raw material, phenolic resin as bonding agent, add various compound antioxidant and are finished through the process of heat mixing, high pressure shaping, heat-treatment.
