Started in the year 2002, we Gitesh Pipes are an ISO 9001:2000 certified company engaged in manufacturing and supplying of PVC pipes and profiles. Our range includes PVC profiles & panels, single panel doors, PVC multi panel doors, PVC partitions/ wall systems, wall paneling, false ceiling, S.W.R pipes, kitchen shelf / cabinets, portable & lightweight structures, irrigation pipes, plumbing pipes and casing pipes.

Our concern has been a fast growing establishment since the beginning. Under the able giudance of our director Mr. Prakash Mundhra and promoter Mr. Gitesh Mundhra, we have propelled our capabilities to design & develop our extensive range. This has further accelerated our annual turnover to Rs.5 crore.

Our manufacturing processes take place in four production units that are spread over a total area of 2800 sq m. We are fully equipped with advanced production facilities along with an excellent working environment. Our manufacturing plant and warehousing has installed capacity of 400 metric per ton and 1400 sq m respectively.

Utilizing modern machinery like extrusion machine, pipe-making machine, slotting machine, high-speed threading machines etc., has upgraded our ability to manufacture a broad range of PVC pipes & profiles. As we are providing complete customization of products as per client's specifications, we tend to use the latest technology and software at every step of production process. We aim at updating our machinery from time to time in order to meet the ever-changing requirements of markets that we cater to.

Being certified with ISO 9001:2000, we follow the prescribed quality parameters. Hence, quality mechanisms are incorporated from the initial stage of product development, which starts from product designing & raw material procurement. The procured materials are tested on various parameters to assure the required quality. Once the quality-approved the material is passed for manufacturing.

Special attention is paid at every stage of production so as to make better range of PVC pipes and profiles. Wherein, our team of quality controllers consistently monitors the process. Our products are made keeping in mind that they meet the required application. We ensure that they are durable, cost-effective & defect free.

To facilitate our quality testing activities, we have an in-house testing lab where we conduct tests like:

• Reversion test
• Hydrostatic pressure test
• Impact test · Opacity test

We give utmost importance to packaging once our products are manufactured. Our PVC products are packed in gunny bags to ensure complete safety. Each product is individually packed one by one. We take special care not only while packing them but also storing them. We have a spacious area for the storage of the products.

To deliver orders on timely basis, we have associated ourselves with well-established C&F agents. Full safety and security is ensured at the time of transport. Our clients receive the products on time as dispatching is done within the scheduled time slot.
