  |  Hydrogen Plants Based On Ammonia Cracking Hydrogen can be produced by various methods we offer:
• Knowles type electrolytic cells to produce • We also offer electrolyser for the same • Where Nitrogen is not an impurity and where hydrogen is to be used as a reducing atmosphere and where ammonia can be used as a raw material there we offer a hydrogen plant based on ammonia cracking.
Ammonia is cracked in presence of nickel catalyst at approximately 850°c and we get a mixture as these constituents are present in ammonia that is: H2 - 75%, N2 - 25%
Product of NH3 cracking in this ratios can be used for the following purposes:
• Heat treatment in various industries • For providing reduction and reducing atmosphere in bulk drug manufacture • Sintered, bimetal, metal powder products • Stainless Steel wire annealing • Continuous galvanizing lines • Brazing furnaces • Hydrogenation of Castor oil/ non edible oil
