Our core strength lies in our in-house production facility which includes:
Modern dye house (where all our fabric and yarn is dyed) having boiler, jumbo jiggers, fabric & yarn dryer, Tumbler, Bathmat dyeing machines and eco friendly water treatment plants.
We have in-house looms that include pit looms, power looms, and frame looms and are continuously adding more.
A cutting and stitching unit having Bathmat & fabric stitching machines.
A packing and finishing unit where final product is carefully checked before the goods are packed and shipped.
As we believe a sound production base is the key to successful order execution, which results in a satisfied customer base. Therefore we keep on reinvesting the substantial amounts of profits in our production facility by upgrading & adding more machines. More over we are moving towards ISO 9000 certification and factory compliances of major buyers. |
