Introduction to WPCOn the basis of our several years of experience and expertise in line of flooring we can proudly say that our product Magicwood WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) is a complete "NO PROBLEM" weatherproof product. Unlike conventional hard wood, WPC has been designed not to wrap, crack or splinter. Natural wood powder and plastic are utilized to create numerous profiles that have the advantage of both wood and plastic. A special extrusion process has been used to create a material containing 60% wood, 30% natural polymers and 10% additives.
Benefits of WPC:
- Offers the benefit of both wood and plastic materials, with polymer providing resistance to moisture, rot and insects while wood provides UV resistance, rigidity, feel and the look of solid wood.
- It however leaves behind all the drawbacks of both materials such as seasoning, oiling, bending, cracking, etc.
