The basic principle of the Destoner or stoner involves flowing of dry granular material over an inclined, vibrating, screen-covered deck. Air is pulled through the deck, and through the bed of material. The steady air flow holds the product in stratified flotation- lighter material in the upper strata as it flows down the inclined vibrating deck.” Heavier than Product “material such as stones, glass, metal, etc., travel uphill and discharge out. The product itself flows downhill, and at the discharge end of the deck, we can “skim off” and divert the top part of the bed which contains all the lighter impurities for further purification on a gravity table. The bottom portion of the bed consists of gravity pure, finished product that often needs no further refinement.

The fine cleaner is a combined multipurpose Air/Screen cleaning machine suitable for the Pre-cleaning and Fine cleaning of above products to the highest quality standards. The cleaner is equipped with a feed hopper incorporating a feeding roller for fine seeds pre cleaning and /or a weighted control flap adjustable to suit the type of material to be processed and the intake rate of feed.

The pre and post aspiration system is highly efficient and incorporates airflow control. The pre suction removes the dust and lightweight thrash before screening and the after suction system removes the medium weight foreign material and seed without germination. Separate expansion chambers for pre and post aspiration system are equipped with discharge screws and outlets mounted with a flap seals system. The pre and post system is prepared for connection to a separate fan or a central aspiration system. The cleaner is equipped with two/three screen 600 to 1800 width, which is oscillated via a single or double eccentric shaft in such a way that a vibration free motion is achieved.

The grader unit is used for the accurate two-dimensional sizing of potatoes/onions through the use of rotary screens. Agitation and screen speed are adjustable to suit the variety and conditions. A tuber ejection system can be added, which assists in removing any long varieties of potatoes/onions , which may become trapped in the screen thus preventing them from being cut by the final pintle roller.

Lift Roller Grader works on the principle of expanding gap rollers. The main chain has a series of rollers on fixed spacing, with another series of rollers mounted a little higher between them. At the feed end of the machine, the rollers are close together. As they move along, the top roller is raised at several adjustable points along the machine, creating a larger gap between it and the rollers below. This design allows for great versatility in determining where each size of product falls. The sizing can be adjusted to suit the volume of each size being graded out. Reversible discharge conveyors also add a degree of versatility and can be used if suitable in you setup. PRE-CLEANER FOR SILO

Global Pre-cleaners are designed to meet with demand of high capacity preclening for silo feeding. These rotary type precleaners are equipped with high volume unique aspiration system to remove vast majority of low-density particles such as chaff & dust, whereas heavy trash is separated in a chamber light particles & dust is exhausted through fan. Rotary screen is designed for easy changing of perforated screens of required openings. Also suitable cleaning device is provided on external surface of screens to keep screen clean for efficient cleaning operation, the machine is totally enclosed and constructed of sturdy quality material.

The Huller is used for the dehulling of sunflower seeds, neem seeds etc. with high dehulling efficiency and a minimum amount of brokens feeding control device regulates the material to be dehulled to the rotor where it is radially accelerated. The grooved impeller flights of the rotor align the product horizontally in travelling direction to hit the impact ring. By hitting the impact ring the husk is separated from the kernel. The mixture consisting of kernels, husks and unhulled product is discharged through an outlet hopper. A feed pipe, which can be lowered or lifted by means of device operated by hand wheel, controls the volumetric feed. Salient features

The Aspirator Column & Air Classifier is used for the separation of light weight particles from heavy products, i.e. all kinds of cereals, soybeans, peanuts, pulses, spice seeds etc. It is also used to separate husk /hulls after dehulling seeds like sunflower, neem seeds etc. The aspirator can also be used as post aspirator on screen aspirator or fine cleaner machines. In this use, oscillating feeder is not required. Through an inlet the product is bed to the oscillating feeder, which delivers a uniform product stream over the entire width of the aspirator. The aspirating air flowing through the column while the separated and aspirated product drops to the outlet carries the lightweight particles away. Owing to the widely adjustable rear wall of the aspirator, air velocity can be regulated so that the aspirating effect can be optimally adjusted to the product that has to be aspirated. All Steel construction, adjustable feeding device with rotating vibrator, adjustable aspiration channel, and air regulating valve with connection to central aspiration. This is unit working with pressurized air for separation of lights particles/impurities from heavy products like grains, seeds, mixture of hulled oil seeds etc.

• From upper part of the vertical column of aspirator, the material is fed through vibrator for controlled feeding.


• Air is blown in column by multi blade fan fitted in bottom part. Air control device provided on fan facilitates control of air velocity for optimum separation of lights and heavies.


• Heavy product is discharged through a chute in lower part of column. Chute is fitted with air sealed gate to prevent air leakage when heavy product discharges.


• Light materials, hulls etc, are collected in the hopper provided at top of air classifier. Bottom of hopper is provided with control gate to discharge material and top opening allows air to escape to open.

Grading tables are ideal for manually sorting culls from fruit or vegetables. Grading is much more efficient when done on a roller table as the produce rotates while moving along allowing the graders to see all sides of the product. Grading tables are available in a wide variety of sizes. Often times a centre lane or side mounted chute is built into the table allowing the graders to conveniently discard culls, which are then taken away by conveyor. Roller tables are available with aluminum, stainless, or plastic rollers, which have oil, impregnated long life wood or UHMW plastic bushings pressed into the ends, Grading tables are available in mild or stainless steel construction.
