Fine Cleaning Machinery
Fine cleaning operation involves 3 stage of Cleaning.
First Stage: Fine cleaner grader not only removes light impurities & fines, it can also remove light grains such as rotten, immatured, bird eaten etc. Further it also grades product to desired range of size.
Second Stage: Destoner is used to remove heavy stones/mud balls/ metals etc. from cleaned & graded product.
Third Stage: It bold grains & seeds are required for quality food as for higher germination rate & seeds, gravity separator is must. It separates material by density and hence allows processors to select product of required quality.

| Fine Cleaner Grader  The fine Cleaner - Grader is high quality all steel cleaner suitable for working on grains, cereals, pulses, spices seeds, oil seeds, etc. In compact design with a frame made of heavy gauge pressed steed profiles. The machine is totally enclosed and all rotating and moving parts are well protected behind doors. The fine cleaner is a combined multipurpose Air/Screen cleaning machine suitable for the Pre-cleaning and Fine cleaning of above products to the highest quality standards. The cleaner is equipped with a feed hopper incorporating a feeding roller for fine seeds pre cleaning and a weighted control flap adjustable to suit the type of material to be processed and the intake rate of feed. The pre and post aspiration system is highly efficient and incorporates airflow control. The pre suction removes the dust and lightweight thrash before screening and the after suction system removes the medium weight foreign material and seed without germination. Separate expansion chambers for pre and post aspiration system are equipped with discharge screws and outlets mounted with a flap seals system. The pre and post system is prepared for connection to a separate fan or a central aspiration system. The cleaner is equipped with two/three screen 600 to 1800 width, which is oscillated via a single or double eccentric shaft in such a way that a vibration free motion is achieved.

| We are providing grain destoner in pressure and vacuum type. The basic principle of the destoner or stoner involves flowing of dry granular material over an inclined, vibrating, screen-covered deck. Air is pulled through the deck and through the bed of material. The steady air flow holds the product in stratified flotation, lighter material in the upper strata as it flows down the inclined vibrating deck. Heavier than product material such as stones, glass, metal, etc., travel uphill and discharge out. The product itself flows downhill and at the discharge end of the deck, we can skim off and divert the top part of the bed which contains all the lighter impurities for further purification on a gravity table. The bottom portion of the bed consists of gravity pure, finished product that often needs no further refinement. - All Metal Design: Allows easy cleaning and high degree of sanitary operation.

| Gravity Separator  The Gravity Separator passes the product through a controlled volume of air, which stratifies it vertically this stratification of the lightest to the heaviest product particles permits the direct movement of material to the discharge hopper. Adjustable dividers of the discharge hopper, make it possible for you to determine the exact density classification of your product. The accuracy of this type of separation is due to the absolute control of three essential elements. Airflow, Speeds of vibration and the flexibility of the deck setting. - All Steel Construction: Gravity separators feature all steel, heavy gauge construction, including decks, deck covers, rails and air baffles, thus allowing thorough cleaning, using air stream, to eliminate product contamination or pollution.
- Total Control Of Deck Air: The single air control gate and a unique type of under-deck feathering insures the correct air volume and distribution through the deck, resulting in a more distinct product separation, larger capacities and lower horsepower requirements.
- Totally Enclosed Drive System: All the moving parts of gravity counter balanced drive are enclosed within the machines metal base, thus eliminating danger and providing a smooth, quiet, vibration less operation.
