Oil seeds like sunflower, neem seeds & seeds of cocoa, coffee needs special impact type huller to recover kernels. After hulling Air Classifier is used to separate loose hulls. There after mixture is graded on special multi desk grader to separate whole Kernels broken kernels un hulled seeds etc. some varieties of seeds need one of the following operations to separate kernels before further processing. - De hulling: Sun flower, neem seeds, coffee seeds, cocoa seeds.
- Decorticating Ground nuts.
- Cracking Soybeans.
- De husking: Gram dal, Tuver.
All this operations need different types of machineries depending upon characteristic of seeds cover and kernels. After separation of hulls or husks, separation machineries like air classifier, aspirator columns, pneumatic scalper etc. are used to separate kernels. Multi point aspiration column design provides a superior method of separating fines from free flowing granular material. The material is dropped in a free-fall vertical flow path into an opposing upward air stream to suspend the fines in the air stream for removal to the collection system.Salient Features:- - High capacity multi pass aspirator.
- The cleaning process takes place as the product enters the aspiration columns and is contacted by an airflow which removes light fines, straw, hulls, etc.
- The cleaned product falls through the aspiration column, which by its design expands the product stream allowing for more efficient cleaning.
- The aspirated light materials are sucked through the aspiration column and discharged to an outside collection system ,which may include cyclone and blower unit.
