Pre cleaning process of seeds & grains is first operation to remove large & small impurities from farm produce. Pre cleaning with out aspiration system removes impurities such as stones, leaves, sticks, sand, fine dust etc. If aspiration is used it sucks away light impurities such as leaves, small sticks, fine dust etc. With Pre Cleaner materials can be cleaned at high capacity as it is scalping or rough cleaning operation, widely used before silo storage.

| Screen Air Separator  - The screen separator is a positive eccentric, high-speed, vibrating Screener, which ensures you of accurate, high capacity, high quality separations.
- The adjustable feed hopper assures you of obtaining an even, constant supply of product into the Screener. By achieving and maintaining the proper feed, you best utilize the Screener’s separating capabilities.
- The eccentric drive and advanced balancing system accounts for the smooth efficient operation of the screener and vibration free frame structure in the base.
- Positive eccentricity motion provides efficient separation regardless of the load on the screens and utilizes heavy duty bearings, two mounted in isolation mounts and two mounted in the screener body over the eccentrics.
- Easy screen removal- Either screen can be changed without loosening the adjacent one. Quick access clamps permit easy access for interior cleaning and faster screen changing.
- Ball compartments incorporated into the screen support grid allow ball cleaning system to keep the screen clog free. The PRE SCALP unit is equipped with a short screen, somewhat coarser than the “top” scalp screen in the machine. This facilitates scalping of the large over size objects before the product enters the screener. The PRE-ASPIRATOR is used to remove hulls or dust and other light contaminants before the product enters the Screener, thus making the product more flow able at the start of the screening operation. POST ASPIRATOR is used when the finished product is to be further cleaned. This product is then discharged through the aspirator, which removes dust or other light contaminants.
