FRP Sleeve developed for plastic gas pipeline
GCSL has designed and developed a new safety product for the household gas plastic pipeline segment. The FRP Sleeve protects household gas plastic pipelines making them even stronger and safer. FRP Sleeve has a huge potential in domestic and international market. After its acceptance by a reputed international client, GCSL received a trial order from Mahanagar Gas Ltd. to supply 1000 metres of FRP Sleeves.
Order from Ducon Technology for Udupi Power Corporation
GCSL received an order for specialised anti abrasion FRP strainers & gratings, FRP ventri plates & ventri rods from consultant Ducon Technology India Pvt. Ltd. for 2x570.5 MW Udupi Power Corporation Ltd.(UCIL), Udupi, Karnataka. This customised order was awarded taking into account the special R&D design skills and FRP knowledge of the GCSL team. These FRP strainers will replace the earlier SS(Stainless steel) strainers used by UCIL, which were getting spoiled due to corrosion and erosion.
Landmark development-Mist Eliminator
The R&D team has designed and developed the metallic and plastic Mist Eliminator for the Gas Scrubbing System. The first supplies of this cost effective innovation were made to Bodal Chemicals Ltd.
Prestigious order from Bodal Chemicals
GCSL was awarded an order for FRP scrubbing systems-PP (Poly Propylene) / FRP alkali scrubber and HCL scrubber from Bodal Chemicals Ltd.,Ahmedabad,Gujarat for their 450 TPD (tons per day) sulphuric acid plant near Vadodara.
GCSL wins Western Railway order
Order from Western Railway for supply of SS break beams. This product was specially designed and developed by western railway and GCSL,in joint collaboration.
Siemens Ltd. orders for erection accessories
GCSL received an order from Siemens Ltd., Kalwa Works, Thane, Maharashtra for erection accessories such as perforated cable trays,junction boxes,couplings & steel conduits, PVC coated conduits and PVC coated flexible GI conduits.
Orders for FRP manhole covers
800 units of FRP manhole covers from Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai(MCGM).
From Indoco Remedies Ltd. Navi Mumbai for their Patalganga API (active pharma ingredients)plant.
From Nagpur Municipal Corporation for circular FRP manhole covers.
