Tubular Heating Elements Embedded in Aluminium, Alloy or Iron Mould, providing uniform heat transfer and long life.
Bobbin Type Heater
Bobbin type heaters are open helical coils of high resistance wire evenly stretched and laid through fluted refractory bobbins. These are then inserted into metal pipes as an integral part of the system or welded to screw plugs.
The heating elements can be replaced without emptying the vessel.
