Features:

'U' shaped air heaters are made from Chrome nickel steel / Incoloy – 800 tube and can withstand a max. surface temperature upto 650°C.

These heaters are encased in imported pure Fused Silica Sheaths and are applicable for safe and quick heating of various solutions. For heating acid baths such as plating solutions, ferric chloride, etching baths, enodising, bright dip are recommended.

These are made with sheath-brass, S.S. or nickel alloy and can be applied for heating platterns, dies, aluminium extrusion cylinders and nozzles.

Cast-In Heaters

Bobbin Type Heater

Bobbin type heaters are open helical coils of high resistance wire evenly stretched and laid through fluted refractory bobbins. These are then inserted into metal pipes as an integral part of the system or welded to screw plugs.
The heating elements can be replaced without emptying the vessel.
