Inspite of best efforts, no state electricity board can ensure constant voltage to the customer because of long & inadequate distribution lines & irregular load pattern on distribution transformers. Automatic Voltage Controller (Stabilizer) is an equipment to obtain constant voltage from fluctuating supply system. The industrial units running round the clock usually face the problem of low & high voltage. 90% of industrial load is of motors. Electric motors draw considerably high current at low & high voltage.

Linear, plus/minus type vertical Rolling Contact Voltage Regulator
We make use of heavy section of electrolytic rectangular copper strip instead of copper wire, which ensures to minimize the losses. This also increases the efficiency of equipment and the use of self lubricating Carbon Roller assemblies instead of ordinary carbon brushes offers complete trouble free performance.
Double Wound Buck/Boost type Series Transformer
We are using CRGO lamination in our buck/boost type series transformers to minimize iron loss. These transformer are wound with heavy section of multi strips electrolytic copper, which ensures in the minimization of copper losses and ensures better efficiency.
Electronic Control Circuit and meter panel
It consists of simple electronic control circuit for monitoring and controlling voltage. The repair and maintenance of this electronic control circuit is very easy.

We offer servo controlled HT Automatic Voltage Controller, which is installed on the incoming side of the Transformer and provides stabilized input voltage to the Distribution Transformer. It is suitable for many applications and can be installed either indoor or outdoor.

Rectifier Equipments |

We offer Rectifier Equipment, which are designed for 3 phase 50 Hz AC input supply and are suitable for operations at any voltage between 380 to 440 Volts. It is advised that the input to the rectifiers should be connected through a proper protective device, in order to offer positive protection to the personnel and the system. This also helps in the maintenance of the fault. These rectifier equipment are manufactured of sturdy and liberally rated silicon diodes, which are arranged in a six-phase/ three phase bridge circuit. The varying number of diodes are connected parallel depending on the output rating of the unit. These diodes are mounted on Aluminum heat sink assemblies, with the condensers across each diode, which enables in the hole storage protection. Technical Specifications
