Centralized Coolant SystemChip Conveyor Our centralized filtration systems save space in the machine shop and also causes no leakages in the machine shop. Its coolant management is easy and its coolant preparation & topping up is done only at one point. Following are some features of our product:
Centralized filtration system is a common system for batch of machines that are used for:
- Same pressure of coolant on all the machines. For through tool coolant booster pumps are used in line with the fluid coming from centralized system.
- Machining of same material like aluminum, cast iron, forged steel etc.
- Use of same fluid on all the machines
This equipment is a combination of different equipments as per the application. It depends on:
- The type of material machined.

Chip Conveyor We are manufacturing a range of chip conveyors which are used different applications. These conveyors meet with the highest quality standards and are provided at cost effective prices. Following are the kind of conveyors we are offering:
Scraper Type Chip Conveyors
These conveyors are mainly used for smaller chips especially for cast iron chips. Our scrapers are tied between the chains that are running on the sprockets mounted on shafts. These scrapers carry the chips to the chip bin.
Slat Type Chip Conveyors
These conveyors are also called cleat type conveyors used for long curly chips ideal for steel chips. This is a hinged belt attached with the chain and efficiently carries chips on it's surface to avoid any entangling of chips with the conveyor.
Magnetic Chip Conveyors
Our magnetic chip conveyors are used for the small wet ferrous chips. These helps in recovering the costly fluids that are used for machining. The chips fall on the stainless steel that is stand still. Conveyor is running below the stainless steel sheet and the magnets are connected to the chain. The chips stick to the magnets & carried to the chip bin and the fluid is recovered back to the tank.

Magnetic Separators Our company is manufacturing magnetic separators which are used to separate ferrous particles from the fluid. These are used in filtration systems used for grinding machines. Following are the kinds of magnetic separators:
Drum type magnetic separators:
These drum type magnetic separators have two types which are:
- Fin Type Magnetic Separators:
This filter has pole plates those are projecting outside diameter of magnets. These are designed especially to handle more flow rates in less space as it gives more filtration area because of extended pole plates. It has only one draw back, some fluid comes out along with the sludge removed by magnetic separator. - Squizzer Type Magnetic Separators:
This filter has a plain surface. Magnets & pole plates are housed in one stainless pipe & there is a rubber squizzer to squize sludge coming out from magnetic separator to recover the fluid.
It needs more space to give sufficient filtration area to suit fluid flow rate.We use ferrite as well as Rare earth magnets in magnetic separators as per the application.
Candle Type Separators:
Other than the above separators, following is the another kid of separator named Candle Type Separators. The magnetic candles are specially designed for the application where generation of ferrous dirt is more as compared to other foreign particles. They are widely preferred for higher flow rates where more contact time with coolant is necessary. The modules are recommended for coolant flow rates from 500 LPM to 7000 LPM.

Mesh Drum Filters Our mesh drum filters are mainly gravity filters. These drum filters are mainly used for aluminum chips that take more time to settle down. In normal chip conveyor aluminum chips can overflow along with fluid in to the clean tank. So as to handle this problem, mesh type drum filters have been developed.
In mesh drum filters, the drum is rotated along with the conveyor. The drum is covered with fine filter mesh (Stainless steel or Nylon) and it rotates along with the conveyor. Fine particles sticks to the filter media and these particles are back washed with the help of pressurized fluid to avoid clogging of the filter media. It comes in a wide range of flow rates.

Oil Skimmer We are manufacturing different types of oil skimmers used for different applications. Following are the types of we are presenting:
Belt Type Oil Skimmer
We are offering belt type oil skimmer which are used where recovery of fluid is important. This is mounted vertically in the tank and the belt is running vertically between two shafts. The oil sticks to the belt & is scraped out when it comes above the tank.
Tube Type Oil Skimmer
Our tube type oil skimmers are used to remove oil from big tanks. In it the tube floats on the surface of the fluid & oil sticks to the tube and the tube rotates continuously with the help of geared drive. The oil is continuously scraped out.
Hydro Cyclone Type Oil Skimmers
The hydro cyclone type oil skimmer is a kind of pump. It efficiently handles very high volumes of oil.Some fluid goes out along with the scum.
Pan Type Oil Skimmers
Our pan type oil skimmer is a kind of bucket elevator. The buckets are tied between the chain & rotating continuously with the help of geared drive. The oil is collected in buckets & conveyed to the collecting bin. These buckets are made of perforated steel & covered with fine mesh to retain oil & recover fluid.
Disc Type Skimmer
The disc type of skimmer is a kind of stainless steel disc is rotated continuously with the help of geared drive. The oil sticks to the disc & scraped continuously. This could be used for small tanks and the dry zone above fluid level is supposedly not be more than 200mm.

Paper Band Filter We are reputed name in manufacturing paper band filters which are a kind of gravity filters. These are used for filtration of fluid used in grinding machines. As it is a gravity filter, it needs a large filtration area as compared to pressure & vacuum filters. Following are the kind of filters we are offering:
Paper Band Filter
These filters are gravity filters wherein the filter paper is laid on the conveyor. The fluid that comes from machine is dropped on the filter paper. The sludge mixed in the fluid starts accumulating on the filter paper & creates resistance for fluid flow through the filter paper. This results in accumulating fluid on filter paper & level increases on the filter paper. This level senses the sensor to index the filter paper. Geared drive helps in indexing the filter paper with slow speed & avoid wastage of paper. This comes in various sizes to suit the different flow rates.
Compact Band Filters
These compact band filters are new generation gravity filters. In this filter we get more static head as compared to paper band filters because of it's peculiar design that helps in finer filtration, reducing paper consumption. These are used for increasing the filtration level, space required by traditional paper band filters and the paper consumption of the compact band filters have been developed.

Pressure Filters Our company manufactures flat bed pressure filtration System, which is basically a pressure filter. It is totally automatic with electro- pneumatic controls. There are two shells in the filter. One is called top shell & other is bottom shell. Dirty oil is fed to the top shell. There is a nylon mesh endless conveyor sealed between the two shells. Rubber sealing have been provided between two shells to avoid leakages through the shells. Following are the processes, we follow:
Indexing of the filter media
Filter media indexes on the back pressure developed in the filter because of clogging of filter media.
There is a pressure switch to sense backpressure & further to give signal for subsequent indexing cycle.
Indexing Cycle
- Backpressure Signal at 1 bar.
- Closes in let valve of Upper shell & stops transfer pump.
- Let's compressed air in upper shell to pass residual oil in upper shell & makes the sludge dry.
- After preset time upper shell goes up & indexes the conveyor for predetermined length to dispose the sludge.
- During indexing the conveyor mesh is continuously backwashed by compressed air.
- After disposal of the sludge fresh part of the conveyor comes in & upper shell goes down.
- Inlet valve opens & transfer pump starts.
- Total indexing time is between 2 to 3 minutes.
Pressure filter housings
The pressure filter housings are very widely used for fine filtration of neat cut oils, mineral turpentine oils. These are made in different sizes to suit flow rates. The pressure switches & gauges are provided to indicate clogging of filters.

Roll Coolant system Our roll coolant system is basically used for filtration of roll coolant that used during cold rolling of the material. Our equipment helps in removing the heat generated during rolling as well as provides lubrication. It is totally automatic system with pressure & temperature control wherein both the parameters are very important in cold Rolling of material. It is a combination of different equipments. Vacuum Filters Our vacuum filters which are used where fine filtration is needed in less space. This filter efficiently operates on the principle of vacuum. The pressure difference is created across the filter media to increase the flow rates through it. We offer:
Hydraulic Vacuum Filter
This filter is a tank with the conveyor running inside and the filter paper is placed below the conveyor.
There are vacuum chambers below filter paper that are connected to the suction of the pump. The construction of vacuum chamber is that very high velocities are maintained to avoid any accumulation over the period. The pump creates the pressure difference across the filter paper. Further, the maximum pressure difference across the filter paper reaches up to -0.8 bar. I.e. 600mm of Hg. The paper moves with the help of sludge accumulated on the filter paper.
Pneumatic Vacuum Filter
This filter is a conveyor wherein the filter paper is placed above the conveyor. The vacuum blower creates the pressure difference across the filter paper and the maximum pressure difference across the filter paper reaches up to -0.4 bar. i.e. 300mm of Hg. The paper moves with the help conveyor, sludge accumulated on the filter paper & weight of the fluid. The conveyor carries the filter paper. There is a tray below the conveyor to collect & pass the fluid to tank.
Drum Type Vacuum Filter
This is the drum type vacuum filters wherein the stainless steel wedge wire drums are provided in the conveyor. The suction of the pumps is directly connected to the drums & vacuum is created across the wedge wire screen. The fluid levels are needs to be maintained above the drums to avoid air leakage. These are used in Sugar syrup filtration.

Wedge Wire Type Cleaning Filters Our qualitative wedge wire type cleaning filters is a pressure filter. The coolant from semi clean coolant pump is passed to self-cleaning filter. This filter works on differential pressure created across the filter. Filter media is cleaned automatically when differential pressure reaches 1 bar.
The wedge wire screen having the slit size of 200 microns is used in this filter to give effective filtration of 50 to 70 microns when differential pressure reaches to 1 bar. Flow direction is from in to out through filter media. All the sludge is collected on inner surface of the wedge wire screen. There is motorized scraping system mounted on the center shaft to wipe out sludge from inner surface. Further cleaning takes place with pressurized incoming coolant when drain line of the filter is opened up to atmospheric pressure with help of the pneumatically operated drain valve. All the operations of this valve are systematically put with the drive motor.
The drained coolant with sludge is further passed through the cartridge filters to trap sludge & collect coolant back to the tank. There are duplex cartridge filters used for the avoiding any stoppage of the system during cleaning of clogged filters. Change over from one cartridge filter to another could be easily done with the help of valves. The pressure switch is provided on cartridge filters to give an indication of clogging of the filter.
