These stackers are used for loading and unloading of trucks. They have an in –built battery and loading device. The maximum capacity of load it can hold is 1000kg and the body is made of steel fabrication. Battery operated stackers are simple and easy in operating .The lifting and lowering is done electrically on steering arm.

Box type construction for Bridge Girders. 

•  A tapered plate design incorporated for joining the end carriages to the girders thereby ensuring smooth flow of stresses.
• The end carriages are incorporated with L.T. wheels machined out of En-8 forged blanks and mounted on 'L' type bearing housings with anti-friction bearings

We offer high rise scissors lift up to maximum height of 10 meters ,with solid rubber tyres ,with traction by gear DC traction motor and front wheel steering, the operating control is by 24 V DC push button pendant provided on the platform. platform is provided with handrails, reliable hydraulic pump, valves, cylinders are used in assembling the equipment. The equipment is powered by 24 DC battery with charger.

The range of hydraulic stackers is suitable for loading, unloading, carrying & stacking of materials in a factory. Our brand is available in a range of 250 kg to1500 kg capacities & with lift height 1000mm to 4000mm. These stackers are fabricated of pressed formed or rolled steel sections. Other features are as follows: 

•  Stackers are available in both fork type and platform type. Designed Cylinder is coupled to the hydraulic hand pump. 
• The forks or the platform is lifted up by few of the hand pump till it reaches its full height. 
• Lowering is effected by opening the release valve.
• Lift per stroke is approx 20mm.
• Mono mast & Telescopic mast models are available.
• These stackers are fitted with two roller fixed to front legs & two swivel wheels at the rear end. We also offer Electro Hydraulic Stackers & Battery Operated Stackers.

These hydraulic lifters are used whenever there are problems working on heights. These machines help in reducing the time lost owing to industrial fatigue and normally increases the output. To cope up with strenuous lifting, to get increased productivity and handling efficiency, these liftables are constructed. They can also be made as per client’s specifications can be a supplied with the same size of platform/ table. According to the rated capacity of the load a standard liftable is designed. If the platforms are designed larger than the standard capacity its performance would deteriorate.
