About Us

GHOSE MUNDAL & CO a trading business was founded in the year 1904 by Late Pulin Behari Mundal with one of his friends Late Dhiresh Chandra Ghose. The business was started with Sheet Glass. In the year 1935, the firm become wholly owned MUNDAL family business and Late Rash Behari Mundal took over the charge. With his able guidance the firm became multiproduct trading house viz. Sheet Glass, Plate Glass, Non-ferrous semis, Tools, Hardware etc.

Today in the age of specialisation the scenario has changed. In todays market management holds the view that to have the market leadership, concentration should be given on speciality product with customer service. Accordingly focus was made on branded HIGH TENSILE FASTENERS which was at that time our mainstay.
