With the above assembly one can mount over 200 types and sizes from 10mm to 50mm of bearings with precision and accuracy. Each sleeve can accommodate about 200 mm length projecting shaft. The Kit comes in suitable carrying steel case. Selection chart is provided in each kit to identify easy mounting.

GM Highpressure Oil Injector GM IP - Series

GM High Pressure Oil Injector Pump GM IP - series manufactured by GM Group is designed to operate up to 3000 kg/cm2 giving adequate pressure for all normal dismounting applications.

System:
The pressure required to dismount bearing assemblies is 200 to 500 kg/cm2 range; and for torque-transmission joints is 800 to 1800 kg/cm2 range. In optional case the pressure required is 2500 to 3000 kg/cm2 is required.

Field of Use:
This System has a variety of applications; from small components to extremely large ones with cylindrical or taper seats. It is widely used for mounting and dismounting components with interference fits which are transmitting large fluctuating loads, such as gears, flywheels, crankshafts, couplings and bearings.

Mounting and Dismounting:
Oil Injection System is the only method of mounting and dismounting for shrunk fit components without damage. The mounting and dismounting force is reduced, or almost eliminated, by using the oil injection method.

GM Hydraulic Bearing Extractor GM BET - Series

GM Hydraulic Bearing Extractor GM BET - Series developed in a unique concept as Mobile Workstation to dismount direct mounted bearings without any damage or scoring to the bearing bore or shaft seating, with minimal force. This equipment is specially designed to inject oil under high pressure between the bearing bore and shaft seating, enabling the bearing to be pulled out floating on thin film of oil.

Available in three Models :
Model 'GM BET 10' (for bearing size 22320 fitted on ICF/MG axles)
Model 'GM BET 13' (for bearing size 22326 fitted on ICF/BG axles) &
Model 'GM BET 14' (for bearing size 22328 fitted on EMU axles).
