	Products We use raw material such as lignite power, talc powder, compost, chemicals, glucose, potassium hydroxide, malic acid, peptone yeast extract, etc. These raw materials are procured from the reliable local vendors. 	Warehouse and Packaging Bio-fertilizer packets need to be stored in cool and dry place and away from direct sunlight and heat. Our ware house facilitates maintenance of optimum temperature, humidity and ventilation. We also ensure that the air inside the warehouse is free from dust particles, so that the fertilizers remains in its original form and doesn’t deteriorate. We use high quality packaging that retains the quality of the bio-fertilizers. We ensure that all the packets contain necessary information like name of the product, name of the crop for which it is intended, date of expiry, batch number and instructions for use.


	Quality Quality plays a vital role in all our bio fertilizers. We own a fully equipped lab where we conduct various tests on our products under the strict supervision of agricultural scientist, highly qualified technocrats and researchers. We assures to unconditionally replace the products if found inferior in quality however the product should not have crossed the expiry date. Our products are synonymous to quality because of the following reasons. All the products are manufactured under strict quality control measures. Standard microbial mother cultures used for product formulations are procured from recognized research institutions. High quality carrier materials (150-200 microns size) are used for bio-fertilizer formulations. Microbial population count through laboratory methods called microbial media. We are registered under FCA (Fertilizers control act 1985 ).

The production of various strains of good quality bio-fertilizers are done using most modern technology, machineries and lab equipments such as Fermentors Culture medium tank Fermentor assembly Autoclaves Boiler Broth dispensers for sterlisation Air compressor etc These lab equipments are of BIS standard and the technology incorporated by us is standardized by agricultural universities and research laboratories. We make certain that the machines are inspected at the regular intervals so that necessary up-gradations can also be performed. Also we have the production capacity of 5 tones of bio fertilizers per month which helps us in the uninterrupted supply to our esteemed clients. We are having branch office in Samraj Nagar, Karnataka that help us in the attending the client request in the southern region.
