'Godson 2 Roll-bending & curving machines are unique in numbers of ways compare to other conventional 3 Roll bending machine. Godson 2 Rolls machines are equipped with Upper Steel Roll, Lower Roll coated with special material, Motorized overhead support is provided for ejecting the finished job easily, this also help to give required support while bending the small diameter job. Upper steel roll act as Male punch & lower roll act as die which creates tremendous pressure to force the sheet to bend up to radius of the upper roll or slip on tube. This action give superior control in rolling and curving the metal parts.

The Machine is equipped with changeable upper Roll facility to bend small diameter than the minimum one. This changeable roll can be changed in very short time. Advantage over conventional 3 roll bending machines are, your need to pre-bends edges OS sheet and you have to roll the sheet several times to get desired final diameter & due to all, steel rolls can mar and scratch the material surface, it almost useless to bend perforated, cut-outs or embossed sheet, where as in Godson 2 roll machines all these problems can be eliminates very easily as in quick time your get an accurate, continues curves that start almost instantly, in fact you can get an absolute minimum of flat sopts on the leading & trailing edges of the sheet.

The anti-deflection feature of the upper roll means you can form all sizes of material (up to capacity) accurately & without bowing. A unique mechanical system creates the lockup pressure that results in each pass being constant and without variation, this system produces the same pressure for forming the parts each time the machine operations.

First time in India , our machine are fitted with Electric Brake Motor and Control Panel, so that Machine can be stopped at any stage of operations, hence the shape in rolling as per requirement is most possible and due to the movable control panel you can operate Machine very easily.

Machine is fitted with total 2 nos. Gear Box, Electric Brake Motor, Push Button Type Movable operating switch board and Electric control panel for easy & safe operations.

First time in India, we only offer the machine with double Gear Box, One is warm gear box and another is spur reduction gear box, due to this the fatigue in operation and overload on electric motor & warm reduction gear box is totally avoided even when machine is Working in over capacity and more over bending operation became more easy.

Whole machine is made out of quality prime materials.

Only Top Roll Pressing (Up-Down) and opening-closing of drop-end are through hydraulic System & cylinders all other operations are carried out mechanically in hydro-mechanical version Top Roll Pressing is manually and opening / closing of end-dropper is manual or motorized.

Hydro-Mechanical Machine required less man power compare to mechanical version, the same directly Effect your production rate and finish job value.

Very useful for getting cylindrical shapes and better performance. It works with 3 Rolls Pyramid principals. Bottom rolls are fixed and driven by Gears and warm Reduction Gear. Box Top roll rotates in fixed positions and can be adjusted up & down manually by adjustable screws.

Housing are made from M.S.Plate of suitable strength and mounted on heavy base frame, Rolls are made from forged steel and perfectly machined for accurate result. For correct feeding and grip axial grooves are provided on bottom rolls. Screw jack is given to keep top roll horizontal when formed shall is to take out.

Godson – 3 Rolls double pinch type plate bending machine is designed for bending light, medium & Heavy gauge plate with double pinch and pre-bending operation. This one incorporates a fixed top roll and two independent adjustable bottom rolls. This Machine is able to do symmetrical & asymmetrical Bending works, moreover since it's a double pinch machine which controls two edges pre-bending with one inscription of steel plate in the machine. For pre-bending is the way to reduce the flat end of minimum on the both two edges. This is accomplished by clamping the steel plate by Top and one Bottom roll and bending the clamped portion by another bottom roll to the desired radius. Machine is most suitable for accurate bending works. The machine has inherent capacity for conical bending, Section bending can be possible with extra attachment.

The machine is supplied with three power roll, In mechanical Version the two bottom rolls are lifted individually by individual Gear Box & Electric Brake Motor, the same operation is carried out by Hydraulic Power Pack Unit & Individual Hydraulic cylinders in Hydro-Mechanical version.

‘Godson 4 Roll double pinch type machine is designed for light, medium & heavy gauge plates with double pinch and pre bending operation. This one incorporates a fixed top roll and 2 nos. Side rolls and one bottom roll, all 3 are independently adjustable. This machines is with the same arrangement of 3 roll double pinch type machine but adds another bottom roll in between of two side rolls. This allows pre-bending for more closer area than pre-bending obtain in 3 roll machine. This is very much helpful while doing small diameter jobs. This machine which controls two edge pre-bending with one insertion of steel plate in the machine, for pre-bending is the way reduce the flat end of plate to minimum on the both two edges, This is accomplished by clamping the steel plate by top and central bottom roll and bending the clamped portion by individual Gear Box & Electric Brake motor, in mechanical version the same is carried out by Hydraulic Power Pack unit & individual hydraulic cylinders in hydro mechanical version.

All models of Godson Section Bending Machines are designed & built according to the latest technology & experience of the field of last 20 years. The Material & components used are thoroughly tested in all practical bending situations and with the Godson section bending machine the bending machine the bending operation can be carried out with a minimum of manual efforts.

The main frame of the machine is of all steel welded construction, heavily proportional and welded to a structural steel base, stress relieved and machined. All three rolls are made out of alloy steel, heat treated, All shafts, Pinions & gears are also from alloy steel, rotating on high dynamic load spherical roller bearing, Rolls are driven by a special designed gear box and Electric Brake Motor or Hydraulic Motor (whichever is suitable). The two lower rolls are adjustable through individual gear box & brake motor or through hydraulic cylinders. The hydraulic unit is protected against over-load and Non-return valves elements the possibilities of lower, changing position during the bending operations.

The Drive & Method of rolls adjustment of GODSON section bending machine give them a unique & universal rang of capacities with pre bending of both the leading and trailing edges without the need to remove and turn the section being bent and with a minimum of losses in material. All operations are carried out by Potable push button type movable control desk. Machine is available in two different versions

ELECTRO-MECHANICAL:
suitable to bend light & medium duty sections, lower roll adjustment are through individual Gear box & electric brake Motor.

HYDRO-MECHANICAL:
suitable to bend heavy duty sections, lower rolls adjustment are through hydraulic power pack unit & individual hydraulic cylinders.
