The machine is designed for long maintenance and is very useful to those who require accurate sheet metal work. Corner Notching machine is for the prior operations of bending edges.

Drive & Clutch System
Machine is provided with Speed Reduction Gear Box Fitted with Fly- wheel to generate torque, the same is driven by Electric Motor by means of V-belts & Pulley, Electro-Magnetic Clutch is fitted on fly-wheel to get Notching strokes. Electric Foot Paddle switch is provided to operate the machine.

Hold-Down Assembly
Hold-Down springs housed in each guide block pre-load the assembly to provide the clamp action on the material being sheared. Lift off screws, are set at the works to ensure a maximum gap of 6-7 mm. between the table & hold-down griping pads, when the notcher beam is raised. The hold-down is raised and the clamp is released automatically as the notcher beam near the top of stroke. This is accomplished through the action of stops on notching beam. During the downward strokes the arrangements is such that clamp; pressure is applied to the material before notching commences.

Side Walls, Upper Beam And Table:
Fabricated from Mild Steel, design to absorb sufficient load, side surface of the beam is machined with accuracy & is kept in cast iron slides & accurate surface provided.

Table:
Two protectors are provided two T-slots in large working tables and bed clearance adjustment provided for fine cutting.

Blades:
Two edges of high Carbon High Chrome, material, suitably hardened.

Lubrication:
Manual hand Operated Oil Pump is provided & connected with various pipes to supply oil to all the required parts.

Standard Equipment:
Two Protectors, Front & back side guard, Safety Grills, Electric Motor, Pulley, V-belts, Panel Board<stroke Counter, Oil Pump.
