Frame :  
The frame is of all steel construction fabricated from steel plates with suitable , Presses up to 30t will be supplied with  C.I. Legs. Proper alignment of the frames is ensured machining of the cut steel plates before welding.

Clutch :
The clutch is of pin/rolling key type. The cultch is rigid and well supported. The clutch gives continuous stroke fro mass production.

Crank Shaft:
Crank shaft is made of special alloy steel machined to close accuracy and fitted in bronze bushes for perfect alignment.

Flywheel :  
Properly sized flywheel, is made of high grade cast iron & balanced for storing and releasing adequate energy for the pressing operations.

Gears :
Gears are of cast steel of fabricated. Gear teeth are generated by hobbing.

Table & Ram :
Table and ram are made of heavy duty cast iron seasoned. They are perfectly aligned each other to obtain quality pressings.

Lubrication :
An efficient shot lubrication system has been provided for lubricating the sliding surfaces and moving parts. The Lubrication is achieved through hand pump.

Inclining :
Inclinable type presses are provide with inclining mechanism which can be easily set and locked in position. The Press is so designed that even in maximum inclined position, it is stable under heavy pressing loads.
