Treadle Shearing Machine
Godson Shearing Machine are constructed sturdily and designed for accuracy and dependability by employment of latest technology and experience.
Side Walls: are designed from Mild Steel to take heavy loads.
Bed and Upper Beam: Fabricated from Mild Steel to withstand and absorb heavy loads designed specially to adjust the blade clearance as required.
Pressure Plate: fabricated from Mild spring loaded.
Clutch, Brake and Drive: Revolving key Clutch, linked with the main Gear Engages every time when the foot pedal is pressed. Drive provided V-Belts and all the journals are fitted in Gun Metal Bearings. Brake is adjustable one incorporated on the end of the Crank Shaft.
Back Gauge: in GSH-1-2-3-4 are Screw Drive where as in GSL1-2-3-4 and GSL1-2-3 are of Rack Pinion Type designed to accurately and easily.
Blades: are generally four edged and Grade-1 with single segment.
Lubrication: Lubrication oil cups provided connected with various pipes rendering supply of oil. Lubrication hand pump is provided in Model No. GSH-1-2-3-4 & GSL-4
Cutting: To cut mild steel only.
Standard Equipments: Back Gauge, Front Gauges, Wheel and Gear Guards, Foot pedal and Pulley.
Extra items: Electric Motor Starter, V-Belts, Stroke Counter and Scales.

Upper Beam: Fabricated from Mild Steel and the said surface of the Beam being machined with accuracy. For easy movement of the Beam it is incorporated in Cast Iron Guides providing precision Bearing Surfaces.
Bed (Table): Fabricated from Mild Steel and adjustable one as to the required Bed Clearance.
Pressure Plate: Fabricated from Mild Steel is spring loaded, ensures precision job as functions in Guides.
Driving Pedal: Designed from Mild Steel with proper weight and functions easily as it is spring loaded.
Blade: High Carbon, High Chromium four edged Blades are provided, manufactured by the reputed Companies.
Gauge: Rock Pinion Type Back Gauge is designed to adjust accurately, easily and front Gauge is Provided with T-Slot.
System: The movement of the pedal due to the Double lever System applies required strength returning spring in provided for taking the Upper Beam up wards. The pedal with suitable weight hanging over the spring.
