GOEL : An Organised Sector in Glass Industry

Glass industry was seen as a cluster of glass blowers who could only fabricate glasswares. However, from the year 1989, GOEL started raising itself above this lot by way of good engineering practices, designing tailor made products and process adaptations and got acceptance from all over the country.

To manage this a professional management was needed and the same was achieved by standardisation and documentation of components as well as fixing the pricing structure for supplies and services as these were the two most unorganised factors in this field till that time.

With this, GOEL has got status of an "Industry" among the lot of fabrication work shops. GOEL brand-name became associated with quality, consistency and reliability.

For better distribution of product & services, a network of agents, dealers and branch offices has been established, which has proven to be an effective linkage between us and our clients

Recognised the suitable glass raw material available indigenously and introduced the 225,300 DN range of glass equipments.

Designed the glass flanges using its latent salient characteristics and introduced unique STRONG range of glass equipments which possess a tightening strength as high as 3 times than earlier conventional one. This resulted in remarkable reductoin in breakage and thereby higher confidence of the users on the glass products.

Started manufacturing Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers in Glass, first time in India. Also, discovered their various applications.

Invented the technique of making 12"-24" dia equipment from 9" tubing, resulting in higher reliability and fast delivery of big size equipments.

Started making own Spherical vessels of 100-200 Liters, from an entirely new technique, which nobody could have imagined, first time in country, placing us in line of very few overseas manufacturers of this size vessels. This resulted in self-dependebility and economising in the price.
