Sieve Shaker (Hand Operated)

Description :

This is a bench type model which is portable, sturdy and convenient for bench mounting. The side to side movement to the carrier which can take up to 7 sieves of 20cm diameter is through a chain of gears operated by a hand wheel.

Designed for use where electricity is not available.  It is operated by cranking to produce rapid, positive, sieve action.  Handles ten full height or eighteen half height sieves with pan and cover.

SLUMP CONE TEST APPRATUS

Specification :

The slump cone in these slump test apparatus is filled with freshly mixed concrete and tamped with a tamping rod in three or four layers. The top of the concrete is leveled off with the top of the slump cone, the cone is lifted vertically up and the slump of the sample is immediately measured. Hydraulic system: The hydraulic jack is a precision machine. The piston and cylinder are

grounded and lapped to fine tolerances. The main piston of the hydraulic jack has a maximum travel of 5 cms

Platon: The lower platon can be centrally located on the base and has connecentric grooves for centering the specimen. Spacer is provided to test small specimens. The upper platon is mounted on a swivel arrangement for self aligning action

Pump: The pump is fitted integral on the testing machine along with oil reservoir, hand operated pump is of 2 speed concentric piston type

Operation: In the early stages of operation when a faster lower platon movement is required to develop the initial load, the pump develops the desired load rapidly. During the continuation of the test the pump automatically shifts to a slow speed, higher pressure operation

• Used for measuring rain fall & draw a plot on chart.

Cube Mould with base plate

These are available in different size and are made according to Indian and British Standards. For the metric size cube moulds the faces are machined flat to /-0.2mm accuracy and finished to within 0.2mm. For the inch size moulds, the faces are machined flat to /-0,01 inches and finished to within 0.01in. All moulds are supplied complete with base plate.
