We bring to you high performance Lathe Machine orbits with following features:
Bed:
Made up of close-grained cast iron.
Well ground and finished.
Capable to withstand vibration free operation under heavy load.
Accurately machined and ground on slide way grinding machine for perfect bearing surface.
Strongly braced bed with cross ribs to provide steady working of the machine under heavy turning, surfacing, screw cutting etc.

Head Stock:
- Casting: Casting of headstock is graded and seasoned to avoid unevenness and effect of weather.
- Boring: Boring of headstock is done with high technology method machine to get good result of headstock parallelism of spindle axis to bed surface and other results.
- Brass: Bearing is prepared from high grade lead bronze metal which gives good lubrication and vibration less performance.
- Bearing: In bearing type machine we use original SKFFTATA bearings, which give accurate operations
- Gears: We use helical gears in headstock to get noiseless operation and more strength in HD models.
- Spindle: We use spindle manufactured from EN-8 steel and ground for better surface finish and accuracy.
Saddle:
The saddle is mounted on inverted V and flat ways of bed to get long bearing carriage on the bed. This carries the cross slide and compound rest with square tool post. Screws used in compound & cross slide are made of EN-8 with gunmetal nut.
Appron:
It is double walled with independent drive motion for feeds and screw cutting. It is well arranged to avoid sliding-surfacing of screw cutting feeds at the same time. It is provided with a thread chasing dial and can be used while cutting.
Gears:
All gears are checked by run out test and pitch match method and checked in all respect
Testing:
Each & every machine is passed through a hard test for 48 hours.

|  | Cylindrical Grinding Machines
We offer you state-of-the-art Cylindrical Grinding Machines which are equipped with the latest control with teach-in programming and is easy to operate. This greatly saves on preparation time while increasing efficiency.
Features:
Casting is stress relieved by vibration "FORMULA 62" and in normalizing oven. Tail stock, wheel & work spindles are heat treated to achieve dimensional stability. Assembly of precision bearings within dust free environment. Tail stock spindle acting in close tolerance & super finish bore.
- All rotating parts are dynamically balanced.
- Table & wheel slide faced with anti-friction material TURCITE - B
- In mechanical model, only cross slide faced with TURCITE - B
- Independent lubrication system to the guide ways of table and grinding wheel head.
Roundness:
Dead centre < 0.003 mm. (cone centre ground and lapped).
Live spindle < 0.004 mm. (0.75 mm hardened test piece).
Surface finish
0.3 ~m Ra. (using 60 grit wheel on hardened test piece)
Parallelism:
(Convex) 0,005 mm. (using 600 x 60 mm)
With machine at constant ambient temperature 20 250° C and with grinding wheel and coolant suited to material being ground.

|  | Universal Milling Machine
We bring to you Universal Milling Machines with automatic feeding arrangement in longitudinal, cross and vertical direction. It can select from different speeds in all geared models and automatic longitudinal feed in geared head models.
Spindle:
The milling spindle is fitted in two taper roller bearings. The different spindle speeds which are in geometrical progression are obtained by means of sliding gears, by which only such gears come into mesh which are necessary for the desired speed. All the gears run in oil bath, the wear thus being minimized.
Table:
The table has a strong cross section and a coolant groove, fitted with a strainer at the draining point. The table screw has gunmetal nut which minimizes wear and tear. The table screw is mounted on the thrust and ball bearing which also takes the axial load of the screw.
Knee:
The knee is well braced by internal partition walls giving the greatest stability in all respects. It has been carefully designed with wide slide surfaces which give a rigid support to saddle and table. The vertical screw raising and lowering of the knee is provided with thrust bearing for taking the vertical load. The feed gear box is built on the side of the knee.
Base:
The base, which at the same time serves as a coolant tank, is simple dimensioned and heavy. The coolant pump and coolant pipes are so dimensioned so that enough coolant is supplied to the cutter.
Column:
The column owing to its special form is very rigid and all guides are hand scraped.
