We have developed sophisticated processing unit, which is spread across a sprawling area of 12000 square metres with an installed capacity of 1800 tonnes/hour. The wide range of fresh fruits and vegetables are received at the plant and immediately frozen at their peak degree of ripeness. This helps to protect the fruits and vegetables from various chemical changes which cause spoilage. The fresh fruits and vegetables contain enzymes that cause the loss of color, nutrients and flavor therefore these enzymes are inactivated to prevent such reactions from taking place. Further, the freeze products are packed properly using hygienic packaging material and undergo thorough inspection before being delivered to our valued clients.
