Our Infrastructure
Our state-of-the-art infrastructure is spread over a vast area of 83,000 sq.ft and has all the required facilities to manufacture products in accordance with the industry standards. It is divided into various units such as manufacturing, quality controlling, testing and warehousing. The engineering departments have modern CAD/CAM facilities, which is manned by expert engineers. The manufacturing unit is equipped with all the latest technology machines, which facilitates us in cost-effective production. There are laboratories to take care of sand, chemical, mechanical and metallurgical test.
Some of the machines in our organization are as follows:
- Thread Rolling Machines: with the capacity of making Ties Rods and can produce 15 rods/hour
- Induction furnace: with the capacity of 750 kg
- Hand moldings, in this division CO2 process is employed for molding 3-part
- Machine molding which has 4 machines with mechanized sand distribution & knock out system for green sand molding

Warehousing & Packaging
We have a well-equipped warehouse with all the required facilities to store the products safely till the time of dispatch. There are various partitions and shelves, so that the products are organized and are easy to retrieve at the time of dispatch.
Some of the facilities in our warehouse are as follows: Apart from these, we also make sure that the products are packed appropriately, so that a flawless range is delivered to our clients. Excellent quality packing material is used in the process, to ensure that the products are moisture free throughout the transit. |
