 Industrial Batteries
We design and manufacture a wide range of industrial batteries that is tubular positive plate and negative plates. The positive plates come with grids that are cast from special alloy that give high mechanical strength. We use gauntlet tubes that are of high bursting strength as oxide holders. The balanced ratio of grid to positive active material helps in yielding better performance and leads to longer service life. Each plate undergoes strict quality surveillance to ensure consistent and superior performance.
The design construction of negative plate is balanced with equivalent positive plates that helps in increasing performance. Special alloy and paste formation helps in enhancing the characteristics. The perfect curing method and process ensures proper binding of active material to grid thus totally eliminating shedding phenomena.
Our range of industrial batteries are use in UPS & inverter system, telecommunications and telephone, exchanges, railway applications, emergency lighting, genset starting operations, EPABX, alarm system, power transmission.

 Lead Oxide
Lead Oxide is main raw material for manufacturing battery plates in lead acid Batteries and it requires production to strict specifications. Our range of lead oxide is offered in the form of Refined Lead ingots (with 99.97% purity), that are used for manufacturing various types of plants.
Lead is converted to Lead Sub Oxide in an exothermic process, under conditions of regulated temperature range of 135-145°centigrade and constant airflow.
