We are engaged in offering DIPOLE™ Hot Water Generators which are designed as per water/chemical heating load specifications. These can be suitably used as heating systems for chemical treatments between the temperature ranges 250°C to 70°C. The horizontal Hot Water Generator project requires a new invention of sliding temperature boilers with reduced dimensions. Hot water gets circulated in the tanks through SS/Titanium pipes and with the help of water pump. To maintain tank temperature, each heating tank is fitted with auto water cut supplier to cut as soon as the optimum temperature is achieved. Our hot water generator is fitted with following components:
Heating Source – Oil Fired / Gas Fired Burner
Our range of generators is fitted with fully automatic combustion equipment given for the following:
- Moduling type
- On/off
- High/low/off control
Further, the burner is fixed with an electric ignition equipment, forced draught fan and drive motor. It also incorporates the following:
- Photoelectric cell (oil)
- Ionization/ultra violet cell
- Flame (gas) equipment
Feed Pump
We have fitted our range of generators with a centrifugal pump which is an ISI make and driven by an electric motor with a guard. All components stand upon a mild steel base frame. The pump can also be provided with mechanical seal instead of standard graph oil gland packing.
Operating & Control Equipment
Starters, control replays, timers and main isolator are placed in a dust and damp proof cabinet, which is located on the left hand side of generator base frame. The entire internal wiring is completed before dispatch. The panel is factory wired to different electrical components mounted on the generator and burner.
