Oil Gas Fired Oven

Our range of Oil Gas Fired Oven is designed specially to consume low power with a uniform temperature in the working space offered. These are specially built for powder curing and liquid curing purposes. First the powder is melted at a required degree of temperature for a certain time and then the product is flown out. It is chemically reacted so that it is fully cured and ready to use for which it is designed. The working mechanism of the oven is enlisted below:

  • The inside of the curing ovens require a gas burner and a fan is required for heating. The curing temperature depends on the demand of powder materials. The material gets heated by the hot air in the curing oven which facilitates heating of the coating
  • Depending upon the load of the product, the curing time may be short or long. Curing Oven is dependable and flexible
  • To increase the heat, infrared radiations are used in the infrared ovens. The heating resources in an infrared oven contain a plurality of centrally directed infrared lamps extending from a frame member which selectively projects radiation onto the component as it passes through the leading end of the first zone
  • The basic feature that is associated with using infrared lamps in infrared ovens is that each lamp can be controlled to emit radiation at a selected efficiency between 0-100%
  • Too much of air in the curing oven can cause the powder to be blown off of the parts. It can further lead to damage of other parts or the walls of the curing oven
  • One ideal way of avoiding this is to build the oven in such a way so that it enables even distribution of heat. It should be sized according to the mass of the product, the capacity of the burner and also be able to handle the production volume
  • Any inequality in temperature may lead to uneven coloring of the product. Therefore the airflow and temperature balancing is very important

Electrical Oven

We offer an extensive assortment of double walled Electrical Ovens. These are fabricated on an angle iron structure and have been properly reinforced wherever required. The outer and inner wall is made up of thick mild steel sheet. The outer surface is painted with silver gray hammer tone and inner surface with high temperature aluminum paint. The two walls of oven are insulated with rock-wool slap of 96 kg/m density. This insulation is of sandwich type having male female joint which minimizes the air leakage. Insulation is of 100 mm. These are fitted with requisite equipment to bring about the following:


Air Circulation

Forced Air circulation is offered with a fan in the inner working space. This fan is driven by a ‘V’ belt with the help of a motor of suitable capacity. Easy servicing and oiling, ‘V’ Belt motor and bracket with bearing are fitted outside the chamber. Air is blown over the heating elements that are provided on both sides and the hot air after passing through the inner chamber.


Temperature Control

It is fitted with a Digital Thermostat / Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller with variable setting. It has a coarse and fine display fitted on to the control panel. Timer and buzzer are also available in PID controls.
