Gone Fishing Ltd. started business in 2002 as a small scale manufacturer with a core of five tyers with many years of experience between them. As orders increased so we started our own training programme offering opportunities to the local community and gave preference to people with a physical handicap. John Dawson 'STANIC, GAIA, CCA', a renowned professional tyer from the UK has visited the factory on two occasions to conduct training courses. We now have up to 60 tyers and produce an average of 7000 dozens each month, exporting to Canada, the U.S., and many countries in Europe. We specialize in supplying fine quality trout, artificial fishing flies, salmon and salt water flies, hand-crafted using top quality hooks and materials imported from all over the world.
