Ltd. is a leading manufacturer, supplier and exporter of best quality PP & HDPE Woven bags, sacks, tents, open storage covers, HDPE tarpaulin, woven sack bag, truck covers, tarpaulins etc. Developed from high quality HDPE & PP, these products are supplied under the brand name of “SPARROW” and valued amongst our clients for their durability, self-extinguishing properties and cost efficiency.
We are located at Gandhinagar, which is the capital of Gujarat state and popular industrial belt of India. As a professionally managed organization run and promoted by our Owner , Mr. Bharat Agrawal, we have successfully establish a strong footing in the domestic as well as overseas markets setting benchmarks for others to strive.

Our Quality Control & Assurance (QC&A) Division keeps an hawk eye on the each stage of production to ascertain even any single flaw in our products. Our Manufacturing Facility
Our world class
manufacturing facility is situated at Santej (Gujarat) consisting of
state-of-the- art production lines employing latest manufacturing
technology to produce superior quality products. This manufacturing
plant is located on land measuring 10000-sq. yds and built up area of
3000 sq yard. Our manufacturing facility
includes:
- We have procured
latest design high speed tape extrusion lines from Lohia
Starlinger Ltd. having special features like MAAG
geared melt pump specially imported from Switzerland,
Cloren Die specially
imported from U.S.A, High speed godets, Bigger length hot air
ovens, Inverter driven cheese winders which assist us with the
advantages of minimum weight variation and better uniform strength.
- Manufacturing
facility is equipped with PLC based weaving looms having color and
magnetic sensor incorporated in the machine, which ensure defect
free premium quality woven sacks.
- To start with, we
have one Lohia plants with installed capacity of 300 MT per month
and 30 Lohia looms with no pre commitments for supply due to recent
entry, ready to serve the requirement of Tarpaulin and bags with
supply of nearly 10 MT Tarpaulin and 1 lac bags per day minimum in
today's scenario.
With the assistance of
these sophisticated machines, we have been capable of attaining the
total manufacturing capacity of over 3600 MT per annum.
Currently, we manufacture a large range of Tarpaulin (70 GSM to
250 GSM) and HD/PP woven sacks bags (Trailer made) for all major
clients. Apart from this, these
efficient manufacturing facilities ensure undisturbed consistent
production and lower production time enabling faster delivery to the
clients. Our focus on latest manufacturing technology enables us for
improvement in productivity and reduction in material costs. |
