Established in the year 1981, we Gowell Rubber Industries is engaged in delivering a wide range of rubber products, which are widely used in automotive industry. Our company has received ISO 9002: 1994 in 1999, ISO 9001:2000 in 2001 and ISO/TS-16949:2002 certification in 2005 from M/s TUV Rheinland for its qualitative range of rubber products. To maintain this position, our company is growing consistently by regularly upgrading its production facilities. Our company started its journey through a small factory situated at Faridabad, for the production and marketing of rubber products which includes general purpose rubber components, weather resistant rubber components, oil resistant rubber components, metal bonded rubber components etc. The dedication and support from team aids in the development of our company. The regular up gradation in production facilities and other operations of the company are the strengths for the consistent growth of our company. Today, we are a leading manufacturing company with a turnover of approximately 60 Millions per annum.


Quality System
Our company maintains the quality of its products at every stages and conducts regular in-house quality control checks. We inspect & test our products at the stages of incoming material, in process and final product. Our quality system conduct Measurement System Analysis (MSA) that verifies the capability of equipment to produce within defined parameters, and detect any variation. Our company checks & inspects incoming raw materials on the ground of loss on ignition, moisture content, sieve residue and softening point etc. While manufacturing processes, checking is done at the operator and inspector levels as per drawings and process plans. We do not allow mass production until ‘first-off’ is cleared by inspection. Some of the tests conducted by our company are:

Manufacturing Unit
The set manufacturing processes are followed by our company to satisfy our clients demands. The manufacturing unit has an existing capacity of 200 tons per annum, of which 160 tons per annum is being utilized. In our manufacturing unit, we have installed dispersion kneader to increase the productivity and vacuum hydraulic press installed for tool proofing air entrapment. Apart from this, some of the machines & equipment installed at our manufacturing unit are:

Customization Facility
Our company provides customization facility to our esteemed clients. We follow robust manufacturing system, where intensive production planning took place and ensures timely delivery of our range of rubber products. Our efficient team check all the technical data specified by our clients and works accordingly to supply them their exact demand. Further, our company maintains the quality of the products as required by our esteemed clients by analyzing & documenting. Our company also take approval from the clients before the dispatch such as product samples, documents and records generated are submitted to the customer for approval. And, after getting the approval from the clients, we proceed for mass production to provide them as per their specifications. Thus, providing customization facility to our clients enables us to make a good clientèle across the global market.
