We have a spacious production unit which is spread in an area of 10050 sq. ft. Our unit is equipped with all the highly modernized and sophisticated machines so that the most innovative product can easily be designed and developed with the assistance of our machines. We use various machines like lathe, drilling, pressing and welding to provide a concrete shape to our machines. We also have a machining and fabrication unit where all the designing process is initiated and finalized. With the assistance of our technology we can easily deliver machines worth INR 25,00,000 per month. Our production unit works in a systematic manner with the coordination of various departments in order to create technically sound machines.

We have set up an R&D lab which consists of research professionals and associates who conduct constant market research and prepare reports on the basis of the analysis done. These reports are then further analyzed and studied by development team which observes in detail all the suggestions mentioned and design and conceptualize various innovative ways to enhance the performance and quality and respective features of the processing machines.

We follow the ISI standards for maintaining global quality parameters. At each and every step of our manufacturing process, we aim at maintaining the compliance with these norms and standards. We have appointed quality inspectors, who have framed out certain quality policies and guidelines which are followed by our manufacturing unit right from procurement of raw materials to final production stage.
