Description:

As name suggests Rubber Transfer Labels are for indication on rubber articles by transfer process. Rubber transfer labels are printed on release film, with transfer inks. Ink transfers on base rubber in curing process and release film peels off after curing. Transfer inks are manufactured in-house, specially developed for adhesion on base rubber while curing/vulcanization to form chemical bond. In moulding process as it gives better life and look than rubber labels and remains unaffected in mould flow of rubber, nor ink gets distorted. Also size and weight of consinment is less than rubber labels.

Aplication:

RTL are mainly used for indication on V-belts and perfect replacement for rubber labels. Used in curing processes like Moulding, Roto cure, Step curing & Drum Curing for V-belts.Applicable on Natural, Epdm, Nitrile, Neoprene, etc rubbers. Not applicable on silicone rubber [use SRTL].
