Purohit.), is a company mainly specialising in Fibreglass Reinforced Plastics [FRP. or GRP.] & Dual laminate products, manufacturer that includes FRP storage tanks, FRP Vessels, FRP agitators & Fabrication for the industries such as custom fabrication and industrial fabrication. Our ranges of products are applied to varied industries like: Product PortfolioWe deal in a vast range of FRP products that caters to varied industries. Fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) is a compound that comprises of glass, ceramic, Kevlar, or carbon fibers, which is added to a polymer resin. We make use of top class raw material such as fibre reinforce plastics (FRB), fiber reinforced bisphenol (FRB), fiber reinforced vinyl ester (FRV), fiber reinforced superior vinyl ester (FRSV). Manufacturing FacilitiesDesign and fabrication of high-quality FRP and Dual laminate products is our goal. We have advanced and technologically-lead state-of-the-art manufacturing unit that enable us to serve successfully to the diverse need of our customers. We have two manufacturing units one is spread over an area of 3000 sq. ft., and the other over 30000 sq. ft., area equipped with all the infrastructural facilities. Our manufacturing unit also consist quality-checking lab where the raw material along with the end-products are tested to check their performance and durability. Our computer design services combine ASTM, RTP1, British Standards BS - 4994 and NBS PS15-69 for the most sophisticated design programs available to FRP and Dual-laminate process equipments. Quality AssuranceQuality has always been our prime concern so we follow rigid quality norms to get the assurance of the flawless quality. We lay emphasis on quality at every stage and have built quality checkpoints throughout our planning and implementation processes. All the welds are spark tested by means of conductive resin layer being applied to each weld. We do this to ensure quality welds that are free of leaks and faults. The quality inspector will check and double check the cuts, measurements of the products as per the drawing to ensure the precision. All of our welders receive certification every 6 months and have 10 years of combined plastic welding experience. The measurement of the fibreglass is done carefully to get the accuracy of the thickness as compared to the drawing. We strictly inculcate laminators to never go under specification to assure proper strength but at times the supervisor instructs laminators to go little ahead of the specifications to ensure strength to last.
