Incepted in the year 2003, Grapessy Wines and Beverages is involved in manufacturing, importing & supplying a wide array of wines and beverages like aarya dynasty, teenager, arena castle, pearl port wine, shantavi wines, fruit wine, red wine, white wine that are rich in flavor, aroma & taste.

As we believe that good wine comes out of quality grapes thus for the processing of qualitative wine, we make use of handpicked grapes from our own vineyard. We also ensure that our breweries are rich & smooth flavored so we conduct tests after which they are packed in attractive bottles. Further, we also import rich & premium wines from other countries to satisfy our clients with premium wine that they are looking for.

Superior quality grapes are one of the essential ingredients that we make use in the processing of wine. As we believe “good wines are made in vineyard” we use hand picked grapes grown in our own vineyard to make wines. Grapes are segregated in the vineyard and nurtured separately to allow subsequent blending options.

Wine is prone to yeast and mold contamination that may result to bad taste and odor. Our microbial team helps us get rid of this risk by ensuring biological and physicochemical stability with organoleptic properties. By determining the contamination at the initial stage of processing reduces the risk of spoiled products.

We conduct a thorough inspection of our collection of wines on the following parameters that have been formulated by our team of experts. The parameters are as follows:

Storing of wine is very important and there is a process to it. It is said that older the wine gets better it becomes, so keeping that in mind the storage facility in the unit should be enhanced for preserving the wines for long term. In long term storage those wine are stored which are kept for more than 6 months before consumption. While storing the wine we make sure that the location of storage is dark, free of vibration, has high humidity and also low stable temperature.

Further, we also ensure to maintain an ideal storage temperature for wine that is 50 to 55 degrees Fahrenheit with 70 percent humidity or higher. Since we know that the rich taste of wine depends upon the time and type of storage hence we take complete care towards the storage of wine to maintain its quality and flavor.
