Since our inception in 1988, we have been meeting the developing the products keeping in mind the growing needs and demands of the industry.

Our manufacturing unit is equipped with the latest machines which helps us in meeting the bulk requirements of the customer. Over the years, we have been able to provide complete customer satisfaction to the clients and now we are in the process of the expanding our business domain to other countries also.

Our Journey We were established with a primary goal of manufacturing quality, linear low density poly ethylene, pp(polypropylene), ldpe(low density poly ethylene) and other plastic packaging materials that meets the needs of the poultry, bakery, textiles and edible industries in the name of polygraphs. Gradually, with the technologically advancement and introduction of rotogravure printing and flexographic printing, we were able to broaden our business horizon and in 1988 rotographs was formed. In the same year, Graphicpackss Pvt Ltd was established for manufacturing of different laminated bags and laminated pouches.


	Product Range We have been able to develop a wide range of packaging products that meet the needs and requirements of various industrial sectors. The products offered by us are autobags, gusseted bags, meat & poultry wickted poly bags, resealable poly bags, sandwich bags, trash bags, BOPP poly bags, widewidth poly bags and bio degradable poly bags. 	Clientèle Over the years we have developed a large clientèle in India. Our company is in the process of expand our wings to other countries also. We are in the process of gradually building our clientèle in different parts of the world. We have already started exporting 12''x12 dust sheet manufactured using HM – 2x50 meter roll to United Kingdom.


	Quality Stringent quality are taken by our quality experts. The quality checks are conducted at all levels starting from raw materials to finished goods by a team of technicians and supervisors. Quality of product is checked in terms of thickness, dimension, etc as per specification of the client''s. Final checking is carried out by a separate team for the utmost perfection. Each roll manufactured in polygraphs keeps a highly accurate print registration and a uniform tension, contributing to minimize waste and increases the productivity on our clients filling lines.


	Our Team Our company is headed by team of personnel who have the complete knowledge of packaging industry. The Managing Director, Mr. C.K. Sekar, is currently the President of TAPMA (Tamilnadu Plastics Manufacturers Association). He has been the ex-president (1998 - 2000) of plastics manufacturers of Madurai and Chairman of plastorubber exhibition conducted by MADITISSIA and EC Member of MADITSSIA. Under his strong leadership we have been able to strive for quality and meet the expectation of the customers by supplying high quality products. We consistently develop the new products which are at par with the international standards and meet the growing needs of the global clients.

	Manufacturing Process We have a well streamlined process of manufacturing process for making of packaging material which is reliable and durable. We have different machines for roll making, printing and bag making. Roll Making is carried by using the latest precision machineries with minimum width of 2.6" (PP) to 144" LD. Then the semi finished product is sent for printing. For this we have special machines like modern Flexo and Roto-gravure - printing lines, Minimum width of 2.6" (PP) to 144" LD which helps in printing of sophisticated images with max. 8 colors and 6 colors. The 45 printing cylinders in different sizes offer a very wide range of usual printing repeats. Due to our sophisticated machinery we have been able to prepare even most complicated motives for film printing within shortest time. We manufacture bags for textiles, hygienic products and foodstuff using LLDPE, PP, HM/HDPE, BOPP and others using precision bag making machines.
