Lead Alloys
Our unit is equipped with modern alloying plant, which is built to produce all kinds of Lead Alloys. Further, it comprises high efficiency furnace oil burners, which allow preheating along with alloying kettle that are available in different capacities varying between 10-30 tones per batch. An induced draft fan which comes with a chimney/stack arrangement is connected to a flexible kettle hood venting into a venturi scrubber, which helps in achieving emission control.

We have been engaged in the processing of lead antimony alloy (PbSb) that finds wide application in production of batteries. At our quality-testing unit, we have computerized spectrophotometer that checks our array for accurate composition and high metal content.

We are engaged in offering fine variety of Pure Lead Ingot, which is produced through Pyrometallurgical process using raw material like Secondary Lead Ingots / Lead Scraps and Lead Bullion / Remelted. These Pure Lead Ingots are produced with a minimum purity level of 99.97% by weight, by our refining process but a purity level of 99.985% is achieved in most cases.
Our unit is equipped with three Refining Kettle / Pots at our plant, each having the capacity of 35 MT, 18 MT & 10 MT. The Automatic Ingot Casting Machine ensures dross-free & smooth top surface of each ingots and is capable of casting 10 MT per hour and each ingot has almost similar weight separately. 42 ingots are staked in a bundle, striped and are thereafter dispatched. Pure Lead (with 99.97 purity) and Lead Alloys are produced by processing Re-Melted Lead, which is commercially known as 'Raw Lead or Lead Bullion'.
