Readily fabricated by extrusion, the range of seamless Lead Pipe we design, is made using Pure Lead Metal (99.97% min.) or Lead Alloys. Either chemically Pure Lead or up to 6% Antimonial Lead Alloy is used to make these lead pipes, which are known for excellent corrosion resistance and flexibility. We are producing Pure Lead Pipes of chemical Grade and Antimonial Lead in the standard sizes of min 10 mm ID and max 200 mm. Alloying Metal extruded in appropriate composition of Lead with other metal is used for cutting into short length 'sleeves' and joining Lead Sheathed Cables.

Made using pure Lead or its alloys, Lead Sheets are resistant against wide range of chemicals and have major applications in chemical and related industries. Pure Lead, Calcium-Lead, Calcium-Lead-Tin Alloys or Lead-Antimonial alloy up to 6% are normally used in chemical and building construction industries. Our normal composition options for Lead Sheets include Pure / Chemical Lead, Antimonial Lead and Calcium Lead. It is offered in the following specifications:

• Thickness: 0.5mm to 60mm
• Length: up to 80' ft
• Width: up to 6.5' ft subject to the thickness
  

For convenient handling, these Lead Sheets are bonded to plywood or other building boards using some adhesive. These are very effective for the reduction of noise and needs relatively thin layers to suppress the transmission of sound occurring in the industry or coming from engines. Thus, it saves a lot of space while designing large buildings such as hotels and office blocks.
