Our metal bar gratings products meets all the NAAMM/ANSI standards to meet the consistent quality and availability.This product can be described as a series of metal bars positioned vertically, placed in an equal distance and joined by cross members to form a rectangular pattern. Based on clients’ specification of type of grating, panel size, size of bearing bars, spacing, direction of bearing bars and type of surface(plain, serrated, grit, grooved) we manufacture quality metal bar grating using mild steel or stainless steel materials.The finishing also can be specified, which can be either painted or galvanized. Our products come up with excellent polishing and machined finishing. In whole of our process we use a form of NAAMM alphanumeric designation for bar spacing and manufacturing identification. Bearing bars: bars range sizes from 20x3 to 65x8. Center to center spacing ranges are 25/30/33/41.
Cross bars: varies according to the method of assembly and materials used. Standard On-center spacing is 50 or 100mm, or can be specified by the clients’.
Our fasteners and banding are highly efficient as mechanical joints for supporting or grouping the bearing bars. The gratings are firmly fastened in place with our fasteners and bandings, which exhibit extremely high tightening ability. These products are used in applications where gratings are subject to removal or replacements. The fasteners holds the gratings with weld lugs which are shop welded between the bearing bars, or anchored with saddle clips.
These fasteners are provided upon requests by the clients. They are punched with 5/16” holes to receive ¼” bolts or screws. In areas where welding or drilling is not allowed, “G” clips are highly recommendable. The “G” clips with the flange supporting the panel, creates a frictionless connection on the grating surface. The flat head screws can be used to fasten narrowly spaced mesh gratings, allowing countersinking of the bearing bars.

Mild Carbon Steel: This is known for its cost effectiveness and imparts high strength. The load bearing bars are produced using steel that conforms to standards such as IS 2062, Gr.A, ASTM A36 or equivalent.
Stainless Steel: this product is mostly used for applications that face corrosive environments such as chemical, food and hydro processing industries. We use materials within this category such as Type 304, Type 316, based on the clients’ specification.
For excellent lateral stability, our dovetail pressure lockedgratings product is highly rated. It is an assembly of inserted punched bearings and crossbars, forming a configuration similar to “egg crate”. Our dovetail pressure locked products has crossbars configured with top surfaces of bearing bars which provides a comfortable walking surface.
Our twisted cross bearing bars are available in mild carbon steel or stainless steel categories. In this product we weld an extruded and twisted cross bar with rectangular bars. The cross sectional area between the joints is in square form. This design incorporates the bearing bar with more strength and efficient for grating applications. The welded joints have machine finishing.
Our riveted bar gratings has been a popular choice when it is about a greater load carrying capacity for the same span and depth of grating. The reticulated bars which are permanently riveted to the bearing bars form a very rigid and durable product with increased resistance to buckling caused by vehicular loading conditions or some heavy load constraints.These are also extremely well suited to absorb shock and impact loads from cart and dolly traffic. We use mild carbon steel or stainless steel gratings to manufacture riveted bar grating. The rivets are individually cold-pressed using hydraulically and mechanically operated riveting tools. This ensures high strength joint of bearing bars and reticulated bars, freeing the grating from the residual stresses that cause warp and joint failures.
We manufacture Stainless Steel Gratings of extremely high quality known for its anti-corrosive nature and minimum carbide precipitation. This longer lasting feature of stainless steel under these chemical conditions makes it an economical option.
