Grating Cutting Machines cuts grating panels of 6x1 mtr or as per clients’ requirement.

Grating Binding Section -
Where each cut panels are framed by all side by manual welding.

Finishing section:
All complete grating panels are properly finished by ground from burrs and other welding defects.

We have a sound production unit, where the production of grating and other products takes place. Whole of our manufacturing process is programmed and controlled, electronically to achieve homogeneous forge welding at each intersection of bars. This incorporates resistance to twisting and bonding distortions of the products. Our efforts towards this ensures high stability, mix strength and optimum load distortion in the product.
